In 2018, the City of Lille issued its curb management RFP. As part of that project, the City was looking for a company to connect all of its parking operators and aggregate and process all parking data for the City. Our Parking Manager was chosen to perform this function for Lille.
Specific use case: aggregate and display for city use all parking data from parking passes, permits and tickets in real time and provide a corresponding customer-facing portal for end users.
A comprehensive smart parking platform for processing, centralizing and displaying parking information from all parking operators for the city, as well as a one-stop-shop parking portal for the city residents and visitors.
Tasks:
- Enable the City to create special parking zones depending on the areas of the City
- Centralize parking data from a number of third party parking vendors for city use
- Enable the City to monitor parking in real time
- Increase parking revenue of the City with more efficient parking enforcement
- Enable residents to apply for parking permits and to pay / dispute their parking tickets

- Parking data from all third-party parking processors within the City in real time
- Parking violations data from all third-party parking processors
