Blue Systems Launches Innovative Docked Bikes Dashboard Platform

Los Angeles, CA – March 26, 2024 – Blue Systems is proud to announce the launch of the Docked Bikes Dashboard, a groundbreaking service designed to revolutionize the efficiency of city bike-share programs. This state-of-the-art dashboard will support our cities’ efforts to effectively promote and manage Bike-Share Programs by leveraging the General Bikeshare Feed Standard (GBFS) and ensuring compatibility with docked bike systems that adhere to the Mobility Data Specification Standard (MDS).  

Since its inception in 2018, Blue Systems led the industry in monitoring and the managing a diverse array of shared mobility solutions, including electric scooters, taxis, Transportation Network Company (TNC) services, autonomous robots, and cargo bike delivery programs. The Docked Bikes Dashboard marks a significant step forward in mobility management, providing cities unparallelled insights into their docked bikeshare programs.

This interactive tool enables transportation officials to view and analyze in real time and historically, a number of critical metrics of bikeshare programs, including granular performance of each bikeshare station, current status, fleet availability, usage patterns over time, near real-time performance evaluation, station occupancy rates, and other vital statistics.  

Expanding upon Blue Systems’ comprehensive suite of shared mobility solutions, our Mobility Manager, as a pivotal component of the acclaimed Smart City Platform, already integrates and visualizes data from shared e-scooters and e-bikes, autonomous delivery robots, taxis, TNCs, cargo bike delivery vehicles, and more. Adding real-time and historical bikeshare data to the Platform by way of the Docked Bikes Dashboard will enable cities to manage their shared mobility programs more holistically and effectively, streamlining operations to conserve valuable staff time and resources.
